who chose the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic in the
2014 JAMB UTME that the Post UTME screening
exercise form for the 2014/2015 academic
session of the institution is out. The Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic
2014/2015 Post-UTME Application form has
been on sale for the past few days and
all those who made them their choice
institution in the 2014 UTME can now
proceed to buy the form. 1. ELIGIBILITY
The following persons are qualified for
the screening exercise.
(a) Applicants who chose Akwa Ibom State
Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua as their first
or second choice in Jamb 2014. (b) Candidates Who scored a minimum of
150 and above. If you meet the above criteria, then you
are more than qualified to purchase the
2014/2015 Post-UTME form of Akwa Ibom
State Polytechnic. HOW TO APPLY FOR THE SCREENING Step 1. All those who chose the College
as their choice are urged to commence
their application immediately and the
Akwa Ibom State Poly 2014 post UME form
can be obtained from any of the below
designated banks and Purchase an Electronic Application PIN for
N3,700.00, (Three thousand and seven
hundred naira) only. (Inclusive of Bank
and Other charges) * Akwa Savings Bank PLC
* Zenith Bank PLC
* United Bank for Africa (UBA) PLC Step 2. After purchasing the PIN from
the bank, candidate should use the PIN,
and visit the Polytechnic Website at;
www.akwaibompoly-edu.net to fill and
submit the application form. After which you will Download and print
the acknowledgement slip. POST UME SCREENING DATE The names of the shortlisted students
will be published on-line on the
AKWAIBOMPOLY website and will write an
aptitude test on Saturday, 9th August,
2014. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE (a) Accreditation of candidates for the
exercise commences at 7.30am
(b) Written examination will commence by
9.00am
(c) Candidates should come with the
following items; * The acknowledgement slip as in 2(c)
above
* HB Pencil and eraser
* Photocopies of JAMB Slip showing their
photographs JAMB online result, two (2)
copies WARNING
Use of Mobile cell phones, calculators
and other electronic gadgets will not be
allowed.
Only bona-fide candidates will be
allowed into the examination rooms. Parents, guardians and friends are
strongly advised to keep away from the
venues of the screening. CLOSING DATE
The sales of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic
2014/2015 Post-UTME Form will end on the
6th of August, 2014.
All candidates are urged to fill and
submit their application forms online on or before Wednesday, 6th August, 2014. Please be reminded that the screening
exercise will take place on the 9th of
August, 2014.
